The total construction area of Nissara Shopping Center and Crown Plaza Hotel is 140.000 m2 and the shopping center is one of the biggest shopping centers of Nevşehir- Niğde -Aksaray and Kırşehir region with its leasable areas... The project which is realized as a joint project by Ankara-based Duygu Engineering Construction Company which is one of the important brands of the construction sector was equipped with the characteristics which increase the shopping stands with the investment of 55 million dollars.
The total leasable area of Nissara Shopping Center which opened on 30 September 2017 is 26,297 m2. Nissara Shopping Center has about 85 local and foreign brands, 7 cinema halls, terraced cafe and restaurant and also the food court with 1.000 seating capacity, big playgrounds and recreational grounds for children. Together with these facilities, the shopping center which will offer the shopping experience with a full-service concept provides employment opportunity for approximately 600 people.
